Trichocereus bridgesii f. monstrose - 'Penis Cactus'
This is a mutant form of Trichocereus brigesii which grows as a smooth shaft with a small dimple at the end.
These are older plants with a lot of corking - this is where the skin of the cactus turns brown and hardens. This is a normal sign of aging for a cactus and gives it lots of character. And yes, this is a crusty peen cactus.
