Graptopetalum 'Vanguard Party'
Chunky little rosettes with plump, rounded leaves that shift between pastel green and dusty rose depending on light and stress levels. Some tips get a bit more saturated in sun, with a peachy or coral hue. This form stays compact and low, eventually forming a loose mound or mat of offsets.
Graptopetalum are tough, adaptable plants that thrive on neglect and do well in containers or the ground in frost-free zones. Like many graptos, this one responds to bright light with better color and tighter form, and it’ll root easily from leaves or stems if you ever feel like experimenting.
Not often seen in cultivation, I imported this one myself and it stood out right away for that soft color gradient and dense habit.
