Astrophytum asterias - red flowers/ seed grown | One & Only

Astrophytums are a tropical cactus native to a very small range in Texas and Mexico. Asterias grows as a squat disc, each covered in a unique pattern of dots. This plant was seed grown by me, planted on 3/7/22. Most asterias have yellow flowers, but the parents of this one both had red flowers. They are so pretty! Since this plant hasn't flowered yet I cannot guarantee the flower color, but it is very likely to be red. I have included an example pic of a red asterias flower so you can see what it might look like.
